What does an owner do with 12,000 square feet of land in a medium density apartment zoned property? The natural inclination is to go as high as possible and build a tall building.

Due to the slope and size limitations of the lot, Abe Lee Development, Inc. decided to build four large homes under a condominium property regime with a nice yard space between the homes.

Each home is three stories high, four bedrooms, three baths and over 2,000 square feet of living space. The homes sold for $520,000 in 1990. Due to a great demand for parking in the area, each home was designed to have a two car enclosed garage and room for two more cars in the driveway.

This type of intown living in single family residences has proven to be popular and very practical for those who want to be in town but don't want to live in a high rise condominium.
