Mililani Point is the site of the first Mililani Town sales office that was subsequently sold to a church. The church defaulted on the purchase and Oceanic Properties listed the property for sale. 20 duplexes (40 units)

Abe Lee Development Inc., and Pan Pacific Development, Inc., a subsidiary of Tokyu Land Company, formed a joint venture to purchase the property and were successful in acquiring the site. Rather than build a traditional apartment building on the low density lot, Abe Lee designed a complex of duplexes and fourplexes to keep the low density and to allow for more open space.

Abe Lee also wanted to make the units affordable for first time buyers and implemented a marketing plan of selling duplexes or two units to each buyer. The two units sold for $180,000 to $210,000 per duplex. This allowed buyers to have a legal rental unit enabling them to quality for a higher mortgage amount.

The two story complex blends in well with the neighboring townhomes and single family homes and the landscaping adds to the beauty of Mililani and its well planned community.
